Megabus.com Expands Service to/from Lexington, KY and 4 Cities


Service begins June 10

NEW YORK, N.Y. (June 5, 2013) – Megabus.com, the popular city-to-city, express bus company with fares from $1, announced they will begin daily service to/from Lexington, Ky. and four cities with additional connections beginning on June 10 with service on Coach USA subsidiary Lakefront Lines Inc. Customers can begin booking travel at www.megabus.com today.

Customers will soon be able to travel to/from Lexington, Ky. and Atlanta, Cincinnati, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, Tenn. – connecting to Columbus, Ohio, Erie, PA and Buffalo, N.Y. – with twice-daily departures from the Lexington arrival/departure location just outside of the Lextran Transit Station at 220 East Vine St. Lextran local buses serve the Lexington metro area. Lakefront Lines Inc. was purchased by Coach USA, megabus.com’s parent company, in July 2012. Customers purchasing tickets on these single-decker, Wi-Fi-enabled buses have access to megabus.com convenient online purchasing, pricing with fares starting at $1 (with $0.50 reservation fee) and access to the megabus.com network.
