Megabus.com Adds Weekend Express Service Between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh

 
 

New Friday and Sunday schedule reduces travel time by 30-90 minutes

(January 7, 2014) Megabus.com, the popular city-to-city, express bus company, today announced new weekend express service between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Effective today, the new departures will reduce travel time by 30 to 90 minutes.

The revised Friday and Sunday schedule provides faster service departing Philadelphia at 7:40 a.m. and arriving in Pittsburgh schedule at 2:30 p.m., one hour earlier than the previous schedule. A new 4:45 p.m. departure out of Philadelphia arrives in Pittsburgh at 11:40 p.m., saving customers 35 minutes of travel time compared to the previous schedule. 

Customers also have the option of departing from Pittsburgh at 7:55 a.m., arriving in Philadelphia at 2:10 p.m., saving one hour in travel time. In the evening, there will be a 5:10 p.m. departure from Pittsburgh arriving in Philadelphia at 11:25 p.m. , saving one hour and 30 minutes in travel time.

All time savings are subject to traffic conditions at the time of travel.
